I love making learning effective and fun for learners.

I help organizations shape the learning strategy behind performance change through thoughtful design, strong project leadership, and engaging learning experiences for adult learners. My path to this work has been layered: 15 years in higher education teaching and leadership, experience as a professional theatre scenery designer (like an architect for temporary structures), and even a few years designing corporate events to achieve marketing goals. Each of these layers built toward the strategic leadership and engaging design that I bring to learning solutions today.

My background is a unique blend of Art and Science, of strategy and detail, and of technology and leading teams.
