I help organizations solve learning and performance challenges through thoughtful design, strong project leadership, and engaging learning experiences. My training and work history blends 15 years in higher education teaching and leadership, 18 years as a theatre scenery designer (like an architect for temporary structures), Instructional Design Leadership, and even a few years designing corporate events to achieve marketing goals. My background is a unique blend of Art and Science, of strategy and details, of technology and interpersonal skills, and of detailed work and leading teams.
