Service Plans
THE TWO LEVERS
Your investment is based on the capacity that you need over the duration of your project, billed as monthly installments.
If you are ready to move quickly, you might choose high capacity/short duration. If you want to allow more time for organic development or review, you might choose lower capacity/longer duration.
| Plan | Typical Services | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Summit |
|
About half of every week |
| Vista |
|
One day per week, flexible hours |
| Foothills |
|
Half a day per week |
| Riverbend |
|
Half a day, every other week |
| Shoreline |
|
One meeting every other week |
Foothills, Vista, and Summit include weekly meetings and project management.
EXAMPLES
Strategy Consulting. Shoreline Plan, 12 months. A client meets twice per month for a year for guidance, strategy, and feedback while launching a new virtual learning program.
eLearning. Summit Plan, 3 months. A client has webinar recordings to transform into a 4 module course. SMEs are available to review each major update in a week.
LMS Course. Foothills Plan, 6 months. A client is creating a new course, but the content does not exist yet. Two dedicated SMEs will provide content but need guidance to organize it into the best format. We start with consulting at a slower pace, then increase to the Vista Plan once the content is approved.
Smaller Plans
Office Hours
A one-hour strategy session. It's a simple way to bring me a single question, test an idea, or see whether we're a good fit before committing to a plan. Mention this plan in the form below if you want to book this service.
Capacity Boost
When a project needs a little more in a given month, such as an extra review round or meeting, a Capacity Boost adds effort without changing your plan. I'll let you know before you reach that point, and it is your choice, so there are never surprises on your invoice.
Course Refresh
Does your course need to be updated with new information, fixes, or tweaks? I will quote a one-time fee sized to the changes that you need.
Getting Started
All engagements start with a free 30-minute consultation. Fill out the form below and I will send you a link to book a time to talk.
I look forward to hearing about your needs and your organization.
FAQ
-
Learning projects change as we learn more about your learners and your goals. A fixed project price locks in a scope before we really understand the problem. A monthly plan reserves my time and attention for your project, so we can adjust as we go without renegotiating. You pay for the capacity you need, for as long as you need it, and payments end when the project ends. I will create a schedule factoring in your target launch date and review turnaround time.
-
That’s what the 30-minute initial consultation is for. We’ll talk through your goals, your timeline, and how much review time your team needs. Then I’ll recommend a plan and send a written proposal with all terms spelled out.
-
Mostly access and feedback. I’ll need time with your subject matter experts, existing materials, if you have them, and timely reviews. I’ll tell you ahead of time when your team is needed, so reviews fit around their schedules.
-
Absolutely reach out, and I’ll work with your team to design a plan that fits.
-
Professional associations, credentialing bodies, nonprofits, continuing and professional education programs, education and academia, state and local government agencies, and small- to mid-size organizations. I’ve developed courses in scientific, medical, engineering, manufacturing, arts, technology, law, and business fields.
