Executive Summary

I think learning should be accessible, visual, immersive, situated, learner-centered, collaborative, efficient, and fun.

My approach to instructional design blends my work experience in higher education and theatre scenic design with theories of learning that focus on context, motivation, and collaboration. I like to match solutions to learners, scopes of projects, and design models in ways that are agile and responsive.

My portfolio demonstrates strengths in using design and technology for innovative, exciting solutions, communicating ideas and processes across groups, and analyzing instructional problems for creative and effective solutions. I am excited to put the skills that I have gained over the last two years to use making a positive impact on learners.
