Internship: I was hired as an intern at eLearningDOC, a private eLearning company. My role was a Project Lead. At this company, a Project Manager is focused on scope, timelines, and client satisfaction. A Project Lead is a management position focused on deliverables. My responsibilities included communicating with external clients to clarify tasks and goals, reviewing design products and requesting changes from designers and content writers, building and maintaining project management Wrike boards, and all tasks related to the flow of the project from kickoff to delivery.

I worked on internal projects that were created to provide onboarding training to new eLD employees in MS Teams, Adding Media to Content, and Accessibility and DEI. I also worked on external projects with a professional organization and a college.
